The RSMS Subclass 187 visa allows skilled workers to be nominated by an Australian employer in a regional or low-population growth area to live and work in Australia permanently. 4. Skills and Qualifications: Applicants must possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and work experience for the nominated occupation. They will need to provide evidence of their qualifications and work history to support their application. Some occupations may require a formal skills assessment from the relevant Australian assessing authority.
5. English Language Proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate an adequate level of English language proficiency. This can be done by providing the results of a recognized English language test, such as IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL. The required score will depend on the occupation and visa stream.
